If you're looking for support as an individual or as a couple, I'd be happy to hear from you.
Get in touch by email to arrange your free 20-minute consultation and discover whether we're the right fit to work together.

Frequently asked questionsDo you work online?
Yes. All sessions take place via Zoom, allowing you to access online relationship therapy or individual therapy from the comfort of your own home, wherever you are in the UK.
Do you work with individuals and couples?
Yes. I work with both individuals and couples, supporting people to better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships and navigate life's challenges.
How long are sessions?
Individual sessions are 60 minutes. Couples sessions are available as either 60 or 90 minutes. Longer sessions can also be arranged on request.
What happens in the free consultation?
The free 20-minute consultation gives us the opportunity to discuss what has brought you to therapy, answer any questions you may have and decide together whether we're the right fit to work together.
How much do sessions cost?
Rather than listing my fees online, I prefer to discuss them when we first make contact, as they may change slightly over time. Once you begin working with me, I keep your fee the same throughout our work together.
I've never had therapy before. Is that okay?
Absolutely. Many people come to therapy for the first time feeling uncertain or nervous. My aim is to provide a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space where we can work together at a pace that feels right for you.
How do I know if you're the right therapist for me?
The relationship between therapist and client is one of the most important parts of therapy. That's why I offer a free consultation, giving us both the opportunity to decide whether working together feels right.
Liminal Love ReflectionsSometimes, a single thought can create space for a different conversation.Liminal Love Reflections is a growing collection of gentle reflections exploring relationships, curiosity and connection. They are not therapy, advice or promises. They are simply invitations to pause, reflect and notice what is happening within us and between us.
Whether you're considering therapy, already on that journey, or simply taking a quiet moment for yourself, I hope these reflections offer a space to think differently.

What working with me is like

Therapy with me is collaborative, curious and down to earth.
I won't tell you how your relationship should look, and I'm not there to decide who is right or wrong.
Together, we'll slow things down enough to notice what is happening — not only between you, but within you.
I may offer structure when it helps, gently challenge when something needs exploring, and sometimes bring a little humour into the room too.You don't need to arrive knowing what to say. We can begin with what is there.
